$70 - $75What's the Job? Manage financial, safety, and schedule KPIs, redirecting any deviations or proposing alternatives as needed.
Review and update project details in SAP and software tools such as Microsoft Project, PETPRO, BIM 360, CXAlloy.
Organize and establish asset tracking, tagging, and project close-out activities.
Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work site, ensuring adherence to specifications, drawings, scope, schedule, and budget.
Coordinate schedules and activities with project staff, vendors, contractors, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
Prepare and maintain project-specific documentation, including EWO and CO documentation.
Provide regular reports to Project Engineering Managers, highlighting any issues affecting the project.
What's Needed? Experience managing projects through all phases of construction.
PMP, PMI, GAC, CCM, CMCI, CMAA, or similar certification.
OSHA 30 certification.
CPR certification.
Fall protection certification.
Experience:
Minimum of fifteen (15) years of Construction Management experience.
Strong MEP construction experience in the food and/or CPG manufacturing industry.
More than 3 years' experience with software applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Cx Alloy, etc.
).
