4 Full-time 14 hours ago Full Job Description Introduction Jefferson County's Aging & Disability Resource Center (ADRC) provides information and assistance to a diverse community where the elderly and people with disabilities are respected, healthy, and productive.
It is their mission to help people achieve their goals by providing them with comprehensive information so they can make informed decisions, and advocate support to ensure that they remain in charge of their lives.
Position Summary The ADRC needs a Nutrition Program Supervisor to join the team that will monitor the day-to-day management and administrative functions of the Jefferson County Senior Dining Program and act as a liaison/lead worker to Senior Dining Managers and the ADRC Division Manager.
With strong organization skills, you will be successful in this role by completing the following key tasks and
Responsibilities:
Plans, develops, and coordinates all programs and services within the Nutrition Program, including nutrition counseling and education.
Promotes and markets the Nutrition Program and informs the public on what the Senior Dining Program can offer to Jefferson County's Seniors that are 60 years of age and older.
Develops, provides, and/or arranges training programs as specified.
Supervises Nutrition Program staff including site managers, home-delivered meal assessor, and volunteers.
Prepares bid packages per schedule and updates the catering contract addendum annually.
Monitors monthly menus for compliance and updates Meal Cost Tool annually and Donation/Full cost Meal Posters.

Associate's Degree in Dietetics, Food Service Administration, Human Services or related field and one year experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience, required Valid driver's license, required One or more of the following certifications, required:
