Our entry level position, a Behavior Technician, does not require any experience but we do look for people with passion, the ability to work together as a team, the drive to want to learn and most importantly accountability.

You will:
Be part of a reliable, caring team that provides in-home services that are tailored to the needs of each child and targets a range of skill areas such as communication, social skills, self-care, and motor-development.
Work one-on-one providing individual treatment for children and adolescents with a variety of special needs and developmental disabilities to include Autism, ADHD, Down's Syndrome, Intellectual Disability and more.
Work both in the homes of clients and in the community building social skills and awareness.
Use the principles of ABA, as well as provide daily living skills and respite.
Wage and Benefit Information Competitive Wages and Paid Training Newly Adjusted Pay Scale! Positions starting at $17 per hour.

Qualifications:
No experience necessary - paid training will be provided Valid driver's license for at least 3 years, valid car insurance, and reliable transportation High School Diploma or Equivalent People who can work independently and are accountable We are an equal opportunity employer.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
