Construction Manager

Do you excel in managing Projects, seeing the BIG picture from start to finish? PDS Tech is looking for a Construction Manager to oversee the build out of a trailer drop lot as part of their Jefferson expansion project. MUST HAVE:
Experience overseeing the build out of a trailer drop lot in a manufacturing/industrial environment, civil engineering, and permitting/zoning. Thoroughly understand and utilize Information Technology. This includes but is not limited to; BIM 360 and BIM Field, File Sharing Systems (SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.), Cx Alloy, Pet Pro, SAP, MS Windows, Adobe Acrobat, MS Office Suite programs (Word, Excel, Project, Access, One Note, etc.), Project Management, Building Design and Construction, Scheduling, Cost Modeling and Risk Analysis is required


Pay Details:
$70.00 to $79.56 per hour

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
