As a full-time Registered Nurse (RN), under general supervision, you will provide training and support to all Residential and Vocational support staff.? Successful candidates will demonstrate ?excellent interpersonal skills with a high level of energy and enthusiasm; excellent verbal and written communications skills; and the ability to organize, document, and implement detailed programs.? As a full-time (Registered Nurse)?RN, you will play an important role at St. Coletta of Wisconsin and some of your job duties will include:??

  • Coordinating a plan of care for nursing, from initial assessment to discharge

  • Ensuring assessments and reassessments are completed timely and accurately?

  • Contacting and consulting with practitioners regarding plan or care and communicating significant changes to the appropriate team members

  • Providing regular updates on progress and revision recommendations through team meetings

  • Maintaining awareness of comfort and safety needs of the clients

  • Participating in department?and unit?quality improvement activities

  • Participate?in?the ISP process and the team that provides support to persons served

  • Communicating?with?and training caregiver (DSP) staff?in group,?classroom, and one-on-one environments?to ensure?their full understanding of?medical conditions, related policies, and procedures

  • Completing the MA PC process for necessary clients.

  • Documenting visit notes, treatments, and care

  • Recording and reporting symptoms and changes in clients' conditions

  • Facilitating new services that may be required (i.e.: a new medical condition that now requires a specialist)

Qualifications for this position include:

  • A current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Wisconsin

  • Preferred?experience working with people with Intellectual Disabilities (ID/DD) and?the geriatric?population

  • Knowledge of CBRF regulations and / or Wisconsin DHS rule standards?is a plus but not required

  • Valid Wisconsin driver's license

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
