FUND DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR
St. Coletta of Wisconsin, a nonprofit leader in providing residential and vocational services to adults with developmental disabilities in southeastern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois, has an excellent opportunity for an energetic, self-motivated Fund Development Coordinator to join our team!
The Fund Development Coordinator is responsible to?maximize and enhance the fund development department?s effectiveness under the general direction and supervision of the Director of Development & Marketing. The Fund Development Coordinator also actively supports fundraising initiatives; specifically grant writing, in coherence of fund development?s organizational strategies. Other responsibilities include fundraising database management, grant writing, direct mailer coordination, social media initiatives, gift solicitation & stewardship and special event assistance.?This position reports to the Director of Marketing & Development.
Qualified candidates will have an Associate?s Degree in communications, marketing, fund development, or a related field, and two to five years related work experience, or an equivalent combination.? Successful candidates will demonstrate writing and computer skills, and database management skills.? Candidates will also have an in-depth understanding of Grant Writing,?Raiser?s Edge software, and analytical research. Successful candidates will also?demonstrate excellent organizational skills, an ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines, as well as?flexibility and creativity in work assignments.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
